We will guarantee live arrival on any overnight shipping options.  (Customers within a certain area of us can use UPS Ground and get overnight delivery, please check UPS.com)  Buyer must send a photo within two hours of the package delivery if there are any problems.  You must accept package at the first delivery attempt or we reserve the right to void this guarantee.  We will either refund cost of fish(shipping not refundable) or send new fish if they are available.  Only shipping would be charged for second batch.

NOTE:  We will ship priority, etc. and use the best packaging available but will NOT guarantee on the cheaper/slower shipping options.  You take full risk when choosing this type of shipping.

Also, please know that we are very reasonable people and will be happy to work with you if an issue arises.  This is our standard rule with shipping but every situation will be looked at individually!
